As State Director of the Texas KOP Program I spend a lot of volunteer hours trying to come up with ways to maintain and improve this excellent youth organization. Its important  that we  focus on the issues that affect our youth today as well as tomorrow.  It takes a lot of work but I enjoy it 100%. When you enjoy what you do to help make a difference in others then its considered a blessing.  Thanks to the many Prince Hall Masons who have sacrificed their time to volunteer their time to help others. Thanks to the many parents who have entrusted their sons in our program and in our hands.  Last but not least are the youth who serve in our program. Some of them have been a part of this youth organization for the past 5 – 6 years. These young men understand  the importance of leadership, responsibility, and brotherhood. Together we as Master Masons, the  Parents, and the youth form a partnership and a relationship that benefits our youth……
